Our rates

• Rates listed are for double occupancy per night. When an additional guest can be accommodated, there is an additional charge of $50 per night.

• Room rates include a full breakfast and other beverage and/or snack service throughout the day. No discounts for skipping breakfast.

• The full amount for your stay will be charged to your credit card or paypal when a reservation is made unless other arrangements are made.

Cancellation policy

Non-special event reservations:

• There will be no refund within one week of the reservation unless the room(s) can be re-rented. A $50 cancellation fee will apply.

• One full week up to four weeks:  A 50% refund will be issued minus the cost of one night's stay plus fees,. .

• Four weeks or more notice:  A full refund will be issued minus one night's stay (plus fees)

• A full refund will be given, at our discretion for extenuating circumstances and/or if the room is re-rented. In this case a $50 cancellation fee, plus credit card fees, will apply.

Special event reservations: Including, but not limited to local college and high school graduation week before and after graduation weekend, move-in weekend, family weekend etc. 

• There are no refunds for special event reservations unless the room(s) can be re-rented.

• Reservations will be deemed cancelled only when guests receive written or emailed notice from Stone Arches Bed and Breakfast, LLC.

 

Check in and out

• Check in any time after 2 p.m. We will contact you about your approximate arrival time.

• Check out is 11 a.m. unless other arrangements are made.

 

House rules

• Quiet Hours:  Please be as quiet as possible while on the stairs and in the common hall upstairs between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

• Smoking is not allowed in or around the property buildings.  This includes the porch, decks, and paths. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
