Our rates

• Rates listed are for double occupancy per night. When an additional guest can be accommodated, there is an additional charge of $40 per night.

• Room rates include a full breakfast and other beverage and/or snack service throughout the day. No discounts for skipping breakfast.

• The full amount for your stay will be charged to your credit card or paypal when a reservation is made unless other arrangements are made.

Cancellation policy

• Four weeks or more notice:  A full refund will be issued minus one night's stay (plus fees)

• One full week up to four weeks:  A 50% refund will be issued minus the cost of one night's stay plus fees,. Except for         reservations for certain special events. (Examples, University of Connecticut or Eastern Connecticut State University graduation weekends, move-in weekends, family weekends.) A minimum notice of 8 weeks is required for 50% refund for these special events.

• A full refund will be given, at our discretion for extenuating circumstances and/or if the room is re-rented. In this case a $50 cancellation fee, plus credit card fees, will apply.

• Reservations will be deemed cancelled only when guests receive written or emailed notice from Stone Arches Bed and Breakfast, LLC.

• There will be no refund within one week of the reservation unless the room(s) can be re-rented

 

Check in and out

• Check in any time after 2 p.m. We will contact you about your approximate arrival time.

• Check out is 11 a.m. unless other arrangements are made.

 

House rules

• Quiet Hours:  Please be as quiet as possible while on the stairs and in the common hall upstairs between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

• Smoking is not allowed in or around the property buildings.  This includes the porch, decks, and paths. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
